Empowering Your Transformation

My mission is simple, but powerful:

To hold a safe and nurturing space for release of emotional burdens, allowing the body and mind to heal through the power of EFT.

When you heal the emotions trapped in your body, you give your body permission to release the pain.

Stop carrying what no longer serves you – pain, tension, stress, limiting beliefs, emotional patterns that hold you back, etc.

Tap. Let go. Allow wellness to emerge.

Health Challenges

“I had been suffering from de Quervain’s tenosynovitis on my left wrist for over two years. This is very painful and even debilitating. Initially I had it at both wrists and a cortisone shot seemed to have settled the right wrist after about six months. But the left side persisted. Following an EFT session with Barb, I felt a bit of easing even on the first day. What remained, cleared after just a few days and it hasn’t returned! Very grateful!”

Students/Parents/Teachers

“My highschool student struggles with Math. We are in grade 10 academic and it’s a challenge. As a mom who homeschooled her kids through elementary, I can help but not to the extent this student needed. I saw a friend who was offering tapping sessions to students who were struggling. My student agreed to try it. It felt weird to them but finished off the session. Exam time came and they were surprised how well they did. We’re no 80’s student but this seemed to have built up a confidence that wasn’t there before the session. As a parent, I’m grateful we did this.” ❤️

A happy Momma.

General Care

“Barb is very intuitive, caring and well trained. Her professional training in EFT enabled me to reach deeper levels within myself, that wouldn’t have been possible on my own. I felt safe sharing my deepest feelings with Barb and she guided the tapping which released past traumas that I’ve carried with me for years. It’s liberating to move on from old thought patterns that kept me repeating the past. Using tapping we successfully addressed several issues including fear, anger, jealousy and hurt. It was a pleasure working with Barb and I would highly recommend her.”

I returned to graduate school for a mid-life career change. I quickly realized I had a lot of stress and fear surrounding my new academic life. Intellectually I knew all the reasons not to feel this trepidation, but it was a mental block I could not get past. Even counseling did not help. I was desperate, so I thought I would give tapping a try. I really did not think it would help, but after the second session my stress was considerably lower. Over the course of a few months I saw so much improvement that I ended up getting the highest grade in my class on my statistics test (a 97%). I am very grateful to Barb and recommend her to any student who is struggling with academic stress.”  Jennifer, South Dakota, USA
